True View Decor

I received Dave recommendation via a family member & I wish I have done some research prior. Dave is always late, promises products and does not deliver. He came to my home to take window measurements as soon as I called him and after that it has been a disaster. I had to call him everyday to get him to install blinds and it was just excuse after excuse. When he finally came, he installer PLASTIC blinds that were cut crooked instead of the wood that I had ordered. I asked him for a refund and he refused; promising to fix the crooked blinds and get the rest of my order however he has not responded and has fled with $1000 deposit. DO NOT book this guy for any services. There are many other customers of his in the the same situation as I am and even worst. He has excuse after excuse and then on top of that tries manipulate you. Lesson learned. Worst contractor ever. I have also filed a report with the Durham Police and if you have any business with him I encourage you to as well.

I have use True view decor, and was very happy with the service, The sales guy and installer David is knowledgeable about his products, and did a professional job, although the shutters takes 6 weeks as to other company, I am happy with the final products, its worth the wait,
We did our research and he was working across our home and was able to see the install.We also receive our trip to Vegas from him, me and my wife will soon go . Thanks David .

I orders some shutters and blinds from True view decor Inc and it seems that we are all speaking about the same person. He came to me and said his name was David. I just moved to a newly develop area and on that note he was the first person to stop by on my moving day asking if we was interested in having shutters. I invited him in and got my estimate done and agreed to pay half of the money which is $800. I was told that it would take 5 weeks and that was since Aug 10, 2013 today is Nov 7 2013, short 3 days to be 3 months. on his website he has no information where his company is base and on his card there is no name to show who he is. I'm now noticing this and realizing how crazy I am for making such mistake. No one knows who he really is or where exact is his location.. every time I call him it's and excuse on top of each other. last week he claimed his father in law die and he will be here 110% next week Thursday. I will play this week out and see what happens. if there is any one who got more info on this guy please do get back so we can have this issue dealt with before any one else get caught in his games. I'm considering getting the police involve so if any of you did that step already please let me know how that went .

UPDATE : EVERYONE WHO IS HAVING AN ISSUE WITH DADVID (AKA MOHAMED) FROM TRUE VIEW DECOR INC DO CONTACT THE DURHAM POLICE STATION BECAUSE I HAVE AND THE ISSUE IS BEING DEALT WITH. NASTY PEOPLE LIKE HIM DON'T NEED TO BE SET FREE FROM TAKING OTHERS HARD EARN MONEY TO GET RICH OFF OF. PLEASE BEWARE OF SIGNING HIS CONTRACT AND READ BECAUSE HIS EXCUSE IS THAT IT STATED ONE YEAR DUE TIME TO GET THE PRODUCT WHEN I WAS TOLD FROM HIS MOUTH IT WILL TAKE 5 WEEKS .. LESSON LEARN READ ALL CONTRACTS BEFORE SIGNING
