We are so glad that we used Alliance Trust Aluminum to replace our old Eavestrough, Soffit and Fascia.

Tony and his team were fantastic!

They were:

1. Knowledgeable - They made many great recommendations. For example they added another downspout so the water would not have to travel as far, which reduces stress on the roof and prolongs the life of the eavestroughs.

2. Attention to Detail - These guys take pride in their work and you can tell in the fine details. The cuts are perfect. The way they formed the aluminum frames around my garage and entrance door was impressive.

3. Friendly - These guys are easy and friendly to work with and want to make their clients happy. They really went above and beyond.

4. Punctual - They were on time and worked very hard and efficiently. You could tell that they really knew what they were doing.

5. Customer service - The small things matter. They left me with a spare can of spray paint so that I can colour match later on if need be. They fixed the caulking on parts of the roof that were not even part of the Eavestrough to prevent leaks, beyond their scope of work. They responded to my texts in minutes. Their service was excellent.

I felt like they really cared about their work, quality and customer service. If I could rate these guys higher than 10 out of 10 I would.

About 3 years ago, Cimi and his partner installed new eavestroughs and downspouts for my home. When the job was completed they told me to call them if there were ever any concerns. Recently, one of my downspouts needed to be cut for drain snaking. I immediately contacted Cimi and, true to his word, he came to replace/fix the cut downspout.

Do you know that filling, when you spend the money and getting the right product? This is one of this cases. The guys came, did the job professionally, clean up after the job was done. No more leaking water from the roof, no more problems. Nice and clean.

This company worked with me on fixing my downspout I had troubles with for weeks in less than 30 minutes! I even paid him extra for his customer service for the fact that I mistook the color and he came right back with the proper matches of "cashmere".

HI had a blockage in my eavestrough that was causing water issues when it rained. Chimi was incredibly responsive and provided a short-term fix that made sure the water was flowing where it needed to. He then offered a reasonable and affordable fix (installation of gutter screens) to prevent the same problem from reoccurring. Responsive AND pro-active. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Alliance Trust Aluminum to change the eavestroughs and downspouts on our four-plex. They scheduled the job immediately and did a great job. We asked them to do additional work while they were there and they did it the same day. They are great guys and very easy to work with. The building looks terrific now. We would definitely recommend them.

Great experience! Alliance Trust replaced all our eavestroughs, gutters, soffit and fascia. They also replaced a large sheet of aluminum on our roof, although they normally do not do such things. It turned out very nicely. They are professional, nice to deal with, honest and efficient. They offered us a really good price, helped us to pick colours, delivered high quality work, and cleaned the area around the house after themselves. I highly recommended them.
