Having to call someone to come to your home and help rid your home of a pest issue is in itself a horrifying experience. When you add to that having to deal with any symptoms, psychological trauma or emotional trauma, the whole ordeal can be downright crippling.
From the moment Todd came into our home, there was a sense of calm and control. Todd spoke to us with patience and so much kindness. He never hesitated to answer questions even if the questions were repetitive and always made us feel like we were his most important client of the day.
