Recommended by one of my neighbours, i called Jack from GTA Drain & Plumbing. The toilet in my master bedroom on the second floor has been clogged since this morning, and I tried to unplug it by myself, which has created such a mess and a whole lot of bad smell. Finally I gave up and made the call. Jack IS the person who answered the call, and gave me a quote right away. I agreed to the price, and he came to my house in around 30 minutes. I was quite surprised by the fast response. Jack came in with a professional plumbing tool, and the toilet was unclogged after around half an hour. Jack let me double check the toilet to make sure everything is normal. The whole process was done in a professional way, and Jack is a very friendly guy. I would definitely call him again for any other plumbing needs, and recommend him to others.
