My real estate agent recommended Richard for my home inspection. He is knowledgeable, professional, very helpful and his fee was very reasonable. Richard provided a very thorough inspection and gave me a full report with photos identifying the problems and the solutions. Overall, he did a great job and I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a professional home inspection.
