Too often do people go online, only to write about their negative experiences with companies. This is the opposite of that.
I recently had a service call with Langton for a furnace tune-up and was glad to see Luke show up at my door for the call. Luke helped me immensely in the summer by fixing my AC and going above and beyond, helping me clean out my electric furnace filters.
During this most recent visit, Luke was not only able to diagnose a problem I've had with my furnace since I've owned my house... but he also sourced the part, picked it up, and repaired the furnace in one visit. He's efficient, thorough, a pleasure to deal with and truly knows his stuff.
I have had at least 3-4 technicians from other HVAC companies over the last 5 years either ignore the issue, tell me that they could not fix it, or that it would cost almost as much as a new furnace to even diagnose the problem.... Luke knew what was wrong and how to fix it, seemingly by just looking at it and hearing the explanation of the concern.
Needless to say, my old furnace is now running better than it has in the past 5 years.
I will definitely be purchasing new equipment from Langton when my furnace and AC are replaced in the coming year or two.
