Hot Tankless water

The tankless water system came along with my new house. It has burst once and flooded my basement. Stayed two days and one night with no hot water and no heat.

Now again, three months later, it has burst again. It flooded my basement again. I could live without hot water but no heat is another story -10 weather. When I told them that if my pipes burst because of the cold they would be responsible. They replied that I should read my agreement (section 4) but he could not tell me what it states.
What a joke this company is.

Read your agreement carefully. If your new house comes with this service, either refuse it or don't buy the house. Worst service ever...I wonder how they could stay in business. It's really sad...

Hot water heater pump

Garbage service....freezing cold outside no hot water or warm air because of the stupid system they provide...waiting 5 + hours to get it resolved still pending.....emergency service takes forever bs

Very Bad service

I have no hot water since 7 days , i kept on calling them 10 times, but they cant give me an appointment for technician as i am not available from 8am-4pm, as i am working and no body is at home, i understand that, then i called them again so that they can come on weekend, the customer service replied weekend is for emergency, i replied are you kidding, living in a house without hot water for 7 days that too in canada, isnt an emergency. Then he just answered, i cant do weekend for you. very poor service, now i have to take half day off to fix that.,

replace water heater rental

I've had a water heater rental with them for 8 years now , and my water heater eventually broke and started to leak all over the basement , i called their emergency line hit ext 4 in the hopes that someone would come take care of the issue , but they told me the tech was not available/able to come in - the process took 4 days till i got a replacement - i think they just have a good setup with builders who hire them to install in bulk and sign a rental , what happens after that no one knows or cares
good thing is , that when i got my new water heater it was brand new and more efficient than my older one at the same rental
they also promised me a credit for one month due to a delay which never happened - o well , all i know is when i upgrade i'm not using them , and the 2nd thing i know for SURE is : over 7 years i paid approx $1600 for tank rental, and it broke ...assuming it was my own heater and broke , id have to shell out more $$ to buy a new one , where as this one i got for free as a replacement so ..... DO NOT BUY A WATER HEATER , always rent - as they eventually break and need to be replaced (like every other appliance)

VERY POOR AFTER SERVICE !

BEWARE ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AFTER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR .I have problems with my water tank heater and have contacted a lady called Jennifer. I have called three times in three weeks and they have not returned my call. You hold on a line with a message that you are #1 in the queue and they will not answer. I have escalated this issue to the Manager Dimitri and will see what happens before I get lawyers involved. Extremely disappointed consumer :( I Just have no time for this incompetence

Repair hot water tank

It is a horrible ,terrible company. I wonder why this company can exist in Canada. Two months ago I found the hot water spilled out from the valve again. I began to contact the service staff AGAIN. I found I can not find the persons. There is an answer machine let me leave a message. I left more than ten messages but no one called me back. I kept calling. Finally A lady answered my phone and told me she would call me back later. But she never call me again. I have to repeat calling her. It took me almost one month. One month later, a technician visited and changed a part and leaved. But I found the problem still existing. I have to contact them again. It took me another one month to get another technician's visit. The technician told us he cannot fix it . The hot water tank is rusty and broken.
I found the company is not like a company. They don't know what service is. Their staff don't care their company,don't care their customers' feeling. Definitely I think it's a small company. They have not enough service staff, accomplished poor management and culture.
There are too many bad memories from this company. I cannot bear it any more. Finally I terminated the relationship with the company.
If someone want to do business with it, be careful and think it again,again,again!

tankless water heater

On Sep. 25th, 2014 our tankless water heater stopped working. I called Allianze and spoke with someone there who seemed very helpful. I was very happy with how quick she put things into motion as we needed a technician to come to the house to fix the problem. Later that day the tech (who was very helpful) replaced the pump and left, saying that it would take 30 minutes for the tankless heater to fill up the 40 gallon tank (which makes no sense to me, cuz i though the point of going tankless was to have hot water ON DEMAND). So anyways, we said ok. he left. An hour later....still no hot water. I called the after hours service and put in a request to have the tech back first thing the next day. So Sept 26 (friday) came along and i called to speak with the same woman who was so helpful the day before and this time she was extremely rude. She placed me on hold and then i had another call on the other line from another woman at the same company. The second woman seemed to be in a much better mood so i stayed on the line with her instead. She then told me that the tech was busy all day so he would squeeze us in at some point. ok fine....i'll take it but im not very impressed. By 2:30 pm I had called back about two times asking for an update on the tech and what time we could expect him (since my husband and i both have full time jobs). The woman who seems to be much nicer to deal with had now started to give me attitude. She told me "the tech is very busy with other calls and he probably won't be home to see his family until 10pm that night" in which i responded "im sorry....but do you only have ONE tech? if so...you guys should probably hire some more". I asked her why she was acting as if i was bothering her every time i called. She is customer service and i pay $40 a month for a 7 year old tankless system that should be working, and if not, the i need SERVICE. Not a hassle. The woman finally told me she would call another tech and get back to me. 5 minutes later i received an email saying "I have forwarded all your information to a service technician who will either call you later today or tomorrow for sure". So i called her back saying that was NOT acceptable. We have been without hot water for almost 48 hours now and we needed someone to come THAT DAY. She emailed me back moments after we hung up saying to expect someone today but she wasn't sure of a time. Fine. No problem. So that same tech from the night before shows up at 6pm...and leaves at 8-8:30pm. He made sure everything was working this time before he left. GREAT. However after i had a shower and went downstairs to check on the tankless heater.....i saw water pouring out of the part he replaced now for the second time. I called the emergency after hours and nobody called me until the next morning. The tech who was on call informed me that he did not have access to any parts since we have a 7 yr old system and that it would have to wait until monday. Not really sure what the point of having an emergency on-call number and tech if they can't fix it until the office is open.
needless to say....we have broken up with Allianze and will be taking our business elsewhere. If you are with this company, good luck in getting anything resolved in a timely manner. It is now Sept 29th and we still don't have hot water.

Water Heater Rental

My radiator's coil busted on May 13 2014. They came and replace its once and it was busted again within a week. The 2nd time technician cam and removed the busted coil but did not replace it with new. It's been three months since we are out of heat. It's good that these are summer months. They do not reply to our calls and letter. I am considering of suing them now.

Heating Issues

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have no commitment to customer service. My house came with their service and they are rude and unresponsive. I pay a monthly rental of $45.00.I had gone days without hot water and numerous calls with no one showing up. Finally I was told because of some government regulation, I have to pay $790.00 to replace some pipe which I was never told of prior (although they claimed this law was in place since 2009) until my hot water tank broke. They refused to replace the hot water tank until I paid $790.00. Ever since they replaced the hot water tank, I have issues with getting proper heat in the house. It's always freezing in the basement. Several calls and threat to go further, all to deaf ears. As I am writing this now, there is no heat in my house. My parents said we are living in Canada but feels like a homeless shelter they as have to bundle up with sweaters. The frustrating part is that these big corporations are gouging customers and no one is punishing them for their lack of service they are being paid for. My next step is the better business bureau.
