I have used this company 4-5 times for various appliance repair needs over the last few years. Each time I have found Wayne to be responsive, knowledgeable, fair and reliable. Its comforting to have someone trustworthy to call when a need arises. I highly recommend this company.

Our GE dryer was making a terrible noise. I was convinced the bearings had gone. Wayne said it might be, but could be something else. Of course...he was right. A small metal drawstring end was the culprit, which he quickly diagnosed and fixed. Just slightly more than the minimum for his short time to fix it. Very polite and friendly. I will definitely be calling Wayne again when our next appliance fails!!

We normally don't write reviews but our experience with Wayne at Choice Appliance Service was worth taking the time to let everyone know. Wayne showed up on time and within about an hour had diagnosed our GE Cafe refrigerator which had completely stopped working. He handled everything with GE in respect to parts and warranty and was back as soon as the parts were ready. His repair was fast, clean and professional.
Our fridge is now running perfectly. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing GE repairs, especially if you're still under warranty.
