Safety cover guys made sure we were satisfied
We decided to get a safety cover for our pool. After some searching we decided on the safety cover guys. Their product and priicing was better than the other options (better quality mesh for less than the major pool stores in the area). Their responses to our emails and calls were much better as well.
We ordered the cover, it came on time, and they installed it on time. However, they were not happy with the fit. It should have been tighter in places. They took photos, sent them to the manufacturer (Latham). A new cover was made up, and the safety cover guys came back and swapped the cover, making sure we were happy.
They would not accept full payment until we were happy.
They stood behind the product, were professional and just as demanding as their customer.
Highly recommended.
