We had problems with a leaky bathroom fan over the winter and brought in a roofing company to look at the leak. They said the problem was a poorly installed bathroom fan and lack of proper duct work to vent the air. They said we'd have to book an electrician to install the fan while they would install the duct work. We were hoping for a company that could do all in one. Joel just wrapped up at our house and you wouldn't even know that he was here. He cleaned up the job site (and even cleared some leaves from our gutter while he was on the roof). The fan is whisper quiet. What impressed us most about Joel was his attention to detail. He called in the morning as he was picking up the materials and checked with us the colour of our shingles so he could match the roof vent. To me, that speaks to his level of craftsmanship. You can tell that he's proud of his work because he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. The fact that he did all of this during the hottest day of the summer was truly amazing. I would definitely contact Marshal Electric for our next job.

Your roofing company did a great job diagnosing the poor installation of your old fan. I get so many calls when the cold weather hits because that's when shower steam condenses the most and flows into your ceiling instead of venting outdoors.
