If you need your furnace or a/c repaired or fixed this is the guy to call. That is probably why he calls his business "I'm the guy' Mechanical! Friendly, fast, HONEST and accurate service. John truly can fix anything to do with HVAC and won't charge you an arm and a leg to get it done. If he can fix it, he will, If he says it needs to be replaced I would trust his judgement. He also works after hours at no extra charge. He must be good because ALL of his business is word of mouth.
