I recently purchased a radiant floor heating system (was sold two 225sqft of heating cable, a wifi thermostat, and a relay module as I am controlling 450 sqft with one thermostat. I was told by the sales rep at Heavenly Heat Concord, On that I required 1 15AMP breaker to control the entire system. I paid an electrician $450 to run a line and install the breaker. After floor was installed I contacted Heavenly Heat to get clarification on hooking up the relay module. I was put over to their tech guy who informed me that one 15AMP breaker would not suffice as it fell well short of handling the load. I told him that the sales rep. did the calculation when I purchased the unit, as I specifically asked if I required a dedicated breaker and size, and was informed by Heavenly Heat that I only required one 15amp breaker.
Now I have to pay an electrician $550 to come and run a second line and install a second breaker. I called Heaven Heat and all they could admit was they made an error. That error is going to cost me $550! I hope Heavenly Heat will compensate me for their error. If not I do not recommend anyone using or purchasing an electric radiant floor heating system from Heavenly Heat.

The quotes given to me were at very good pricing. I had other financial obligations at the time when I received the free quote from Heavenly Heat. Although I knew I was not going to do my Floor Heating any time soon, but the prices were at best any floor heating company could offer in my area. I decided to get the job done. It was worth the money and I'm happy with my floors. I recommend this company.

Using Heavenly Heat to install heated floors into our washrooms is one of the best decisions we made during our recent renovation. They provided valuable insight during the renovation process, and installed our floors in a timely and efficient manner. There is nothing better than stepping out of the shower onto heated floors- thank you Heavenly Heat!

The heated floors that we purchased from Heavenly Heat were in great quality, easy to install after them teaching me. They were very nice and polite from beginning to end. If i were to buy a new home and needed heated floors, definitely I would buy from them again without a doubt.
