** ***Terrible Service***Unprofessional****

I ordered a big project with Daniel from Element Fence. I paid 16K of a 30K project so parts could be ordered. I even had a feeling that this project may go sour just on the initial interactions this decided to use credit card.

Daniel sat on the money for over a month with zero correspondence. He dodged calls and emails. He kept having bogus excuses that kept coming up randomly. Supposedly he ordered the products, but when I inquired with the manufacturer there was no such order.

When I asked for my money back he charged me a processing fee!!! This bogus fee was supposedly for his time for the quote. Never mentioned at any time.

I would never recommend Daniel or Element Fence to anyone!!
