August 1-I was contacted by bungo box and they apologizes profusely and offered me a full refund. I'm very satisfied with this result.
I'm in the middle of a move and so far I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Bungobox. I never received a call the day before to discuss my delivery time-which is explicitly stated will happen when you place an order. I called both the customer service line and the local number in my city a total of 4 times before I heard back. Customer service took my name and number but no one called me back until quite late in the day. My delivery was late (which I understood because of localized flooding in my city) but my order wasn't complete. I ordered a two bedroom move plus a dolly (which I paid extra for) and I did not recieve the dolly. I called customer service again today to either get the dolly delivered or get my money back and again they took my name and number and no one got back to me. I love the idea of Bungobox but go somewhere else because the service is extremely lacking.
