We needed someone to repair our central vac system -- The Vac Man responded to our request within 20 minutes and was at our house the very next day. Luca was very knowledgeable about vac systems and was able to find the problem and solve it in a fast and quality way. He also cleaned out our pipes and removed a lot of materials that we could not remove ourselves. Luca was polite, courteous and professional in fixing our problem and reconnecting the pipe that had become detached.
Luca also made suggestions and small fixes to further improve the performance of our 20-year old system. Thanks to Luca, it has never worked better. We highly recommend calling The Vac Man for all central vac needs -- don't waste your time with others. Thanks to Luca for a job well done!
