I give Jafar 20 stars out of 10 and it without hesitation that I would highly recommend him. He has great integrity, professionalism and knowledge. He is extremely receptive , prompt, thorough and explains things to the homeowner. Like the time he repaired my fireplace, he had the parts for my hot water tank on his truck. On past visits he has fixed a fireplace and cleaned my fireplaces and made them like new. He detected a very slight gas leak and made all the necessary repairs. His rates are fair and reasonable and to top it off he is a very personable person.

Jafar runs his business with honesty and integrity. He is knowledgeable and patient. I had him look at my air conditioner that I thought wasn't working well. He explained to me how to take care of the central A/C, the hows and whys. I'm impressed!

My mom greatly appreciate Jafar's service today, she contacted him today because the control valve of our furnace was not closing properly causing a gas leak. He was able to come on the same day and was very helpful and proactive in looking for ways to help us save money. Jafar was very professional, patient and knowledgeable and we would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Jafar is great! He is dependable, knowledgeable and most importantly, he puts the customer first!

He has taken care of me and my family's heating needs over the last 3 years and during each visit he has impressed us with his service, punctuality and attention to detail.

At our last call he replaced our hot water tank which suddenly started leaking. He provided same day replacement service and was able to source a specific heater across town at a very reasonable price!

Excellent service! I called Best Way and spoke to Jafar. He spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone with me to try to solve the problem. Then decided that he would have to come to our house. Appointment for 9 AM the following day. He arrived at 9 AM and quickly found the problem in a few minutes. He quickly repaired the furnace and finished in less than 30 minutes. Great job! Jafar is my choice for any future service calls for our furnace.

5 fireplaces were cleaned, checked over and a few repaired. Service was excellent. I was kept in the loop at all times. He even went so far as to bring a co-worker in when something he was unsure about came up! Very clean, honest, polite and I would have him back again w out hesitation.

Last week our furnace died, this coincided with freezing temperatures and illness in the house. Fortunately I had checked out Homestars for two options and contacted Best Way Heating. Magic! Jafar arrived the morning after I contacted, tried to solve with parts and when that was not possible he kept in close contact to make sure we got replacement quickly.
There is no joy in replacing a furnace in this circumstance, the only pleasure was in spectacular service from Jafar and his team!
