Jafar responded quickly to my online request form and was at our house answering my questions within a couple of days and offering a competitive quote. for the electrical questions I had, he put me in contact with his electrician to make sure I had accurate and comprehensive answers. he fit us into his schedule (within a week) the job was done allowing us to enjoy our new A/C unit before the heatwave (and smoke) ended. when the job was finished and paid for Jafar continued his prompt service by responding to my email and helping me fill out my fortis rebate application
