Our 20 year old chair is revived!
Joseph called to make the appointment to view the chair as he said it was difficult to see the exact damage in the photo I had sent. When he arrived he communicated exactly what he could do to repair the dried and cracked front of the chair. The process was probably about 90 minutes or so and he was very professional and neat. We were extremely happy with the look of the chair (the dye matched perfectly) and that we would not have to replace it.
After a couple of days we thought that the surface seemed somewhat rougher than we expected. I emailed Joseph, saying that it was not a complaint as I understood a chemical process had been done and maybe this was as good as we could expect. Joseph said that he would come back and inspect it. He agreed that after it was fully dried it was rougher than it should be and he completed another treatment on the chair at no additional charge. Now it feels just like the part that wasn't repaired.
We are very pleased with the finished product and the attentive service Joseph provided.
