They explained to me that usually stains on wool rugs are usually permanent because the dyes are so sensitive and every case is different. To my surprise Bruce and his team worked on my rug and were able to remove 99.9% of stains and general dirt.

We had our 2 Persian rug (Tabriz) washed by Master Carpet cleaning in two different occasions and we we were very impressed with the result of their work. Handmade carpets are very elegant products and I did not find many experts to be able to clean and wash Persian Carpets in such a professional way.
