Recently I moved into a new house where the tenants had completely neglected their carpets, and hadn't maintained their floors for quite sometime. I found SuperClean online and decided to try out the company. Even though the company is based in Thornhill, the workers traveled to my house in Burlington without any additional fees. The cleaners showed up earlier than expected, which I found was a good sign, and overall great friendly customer service. They were time efficient, professional, and by the time the carpets were cleaned, the floor returned back to its fresh and original state.
SuperClean actually offered me a very reasonable rate to clean my entire house: including 3 bedrooms, living room and basement (including negotiable pricing), and well worth it. To top it all off, being an eco-friendly geek, I didn't want many harmful chemicals luring around the carpets, and turns out, this company used eco-friendly agents. Definitely a call-back company.
