After receiving a red warning tag on my oven from the local gas company, I called another appliance repair person. Although helpful, he admitted he wasn't familiar with my particular brand of stove. I then found Quality Assured Appliance Service as an authorized repair dealer for my brand. Although I didn't see reviews on HomeStars for the company, I decided to call them.
I found the office staff to be very friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment for a few days later. The day of the appointment, the repair person arrived promptly, immediately diagnosed the issue, and fixed it very quickly. He also checked the stovetop burners and explained how to best clean my stove, including the igniters.
My experience with Quality Assured was very good, and I would call them first if I had to repair another appliance in my home.
