I feel that I need to be detailed in sharing my experience so that someone reading this could anticipate things that I didn't expect. I gave Greenerdays Landscaping (Chris and Will) one star because of the following:
The project consisted of a patio and wall constructed of stone.
- The time line very much exceeded what I was told.
- Would continuously use our front yard as a machine parking lot which was dangerous for the kids.
- Nearing the end of the project, they requested more money than we had agreed on and in turn, they did not complete the job in its entirety leaving a few things that I had to finish myself costing me extra.
- Some damages occurred during the project which GDL did not reimburse.
- And finally, the interlock patio has settled and needs some leveling. Chris and Will are refusing to honor the warranty.
On a positive note: the workers were very polite and respectful.
Sorry, but at this time, I can NOT recommend GDL. Unless they contact me to, at the very least, honor the warranty, this review stands with the lowest rating. I'll keep you posted if anything changes.
Sept 12/16 - Update as promised.....Chris came to see me at the end of July 2016 (shortly after this review was posted). He assured me that he would have one of his workers contact me to address a drain and the settled part of the patio. Once again, no one has contacted me since.
Nov/16 - Assuming that Chris is not interested in warrantying his work. He either strings us along by giving us a false date or ignores the calls.
