We had a new furnace/AC/humidifier installed this week through Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning. We have nothing but praise for this company, starting with the initial contact through to completion of installation. Chris presented the initial offer. He was professional, very knowledgeable, gave a thorough presentation and was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The installers, Nolan and Mike, were also very pleasant, efficient and took great pride in their work and trade. The took care to leave their worksite tidy and did a great job on cleaning up on completion. The took time to answer any questions we had. All work was done as scheduled and we appreciated phone calls made giving heads up they were on their way. We would highly recommend Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning for your heating/AC needs.

Installers (Nolan and Mike) were very professional. Very careful not to mark up the floors. Clean install. Professional looking. Completed quicker than anticipated. No high pressure sales from salesperson Chris. He asked what we wanted and quoted on what we asked for.

Nolan and Mike replaced our old furnace. They did an amazing job, were fast, professional and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. They explained everything in detail (furnace, carbon monoxide detector, new thermostat). Would definitely recommend Romaniuk Heating and Air Conditioning.

Matt and Ryan arrived on time, were very professional and got the job done within the estimated time. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us, taking time to make sure we understood. They worked hard, were friendly and cleaned up well after themselves. We would highly recommend them and Romaniuk Heating.

Our two furnaces were getting old so we got 3 quotes on replacing furnaces, humidifiers, water tank and air conditioning last December. Brandie from Romaniuk gave a quote that was slightly lower than the other two, and he did a thorough job measuring the house and windows, looking at the existing ductwork, etc. HE spent an hour and a half; more than any other estimator.

When one furnace died a few weeks later we called Brandie and he got Nolan and Drew to come a few days later. They spent two days installing everything. All three were very knowledgeable and personable, and always answered any questions we had. We were very happy with how things turned out.

However, when the gas and electric inspectors came out, it failed both inspections. This meant calling them back, having to be available for their three return visits (plus one they missed) and the two repeat inspections. Not a big deal but an inconvenience. Still they did a good job and I felt confident that they got everything in good working order.

Fast and efficient after hours service. Called Matt and he was there in 45 minutes. Had my furnace repaired within half an hour. Seemed to take longer to invoice me for the job vs. the job itself. Great Service!

I'd like to say what a top-notch job Nolan and Mike did installing our two furnaces. They worked non-stop throughout the day to get the job done and did an excellent job. Nolan and Mike (and Chris, the estimator) are all experts at what they do. I am very pleased and would recommend Romaniuk and especially Nolan and Mike the installers to anyone who is looking to get new furnaces.

The work performed by Nolan and Mike was fantastic. They were very efficient, meticulous, and showed great care in the work they were doing. They left our house spotless. From the time they got to our house, they didn't stop until the job was completed. Thanks for doing such a superb job! I would definitely recommend Romaniuk Heating to anyone. Nolan and Drew came out today and did a fantastic job repacing my furnace. They definitely take pride in what they do and it shows in their high quality workmanship! Who would have thought a furnace installation could be so aesthetically pleasing??? Highly recommended!!!! Great job!!!

Company went above and beyond coming round to assess and install a new furnace on extremely short notice. Both the assessor and installers were respectful of our time, and home and spent considerable time answering our questions. Company was recommended to us by a friend and we will do the same!
