Based on a referral from some in-laws, Clemente installed the furnace in my house in 2001. He didn't have the right amount of pipe to properly finish the job on the outside of the house, and said he'd be back the next day to finish it. It took him 6 years to come by and finish it (2007).
In December 2012, the furnace started making funny noises, so I called him on a Sunday night to come by and take a look at it. We set a date and time (the following Tues evening), and he never showed. I called him and he said he got busy with another job, so we set another time for the following night (Wed). He didn't show again. When I called, he said "you have to understand that is the nature of this business". I hung up and called another company to repair the furnace.
Clemente does a great job IF (and that's a big IF) you can get him to show up.
