Jamison Furnace Ltd. installed my AC recently and I was highly impressed with the integrity of their service. They were very professional, personable and patient with me to answer my questions, as well as reassuring me to call them with future concerns. When unforeseen circumstances arose on their end, I received continual updates from Susan, as to when the guys would arrive to do the install, which I greatly appreciated.
I would not hesitate whatsoever to recommend this family business to others. They truly offer genuine customer service.

My wife's asthma disorder prompted the purchase of both an air conditioner and HEPA filtration system. When receptionist, Susan, became aware that my wife's asthma condition was being aggravated by forest fire smoke she put us on a priority list that resulted in our installation being done nine days earlier than scheduled. Susan has kept in touch following installation, on one occasion informing us that there is a Canada Revenue Agency provision for rebates on both A/C and HEPA filtration for those individuals suffering from respiratory disorders. Curt Jamison, Susan's son and company owner, even offered to visit our home at 9:30 in the evening to discuss a concern that I had. Both the person who did the quotation on our job and the installer are professionally-trained individuals who clearly know what they are doing. The installation looks better than other A/C installations in our neighborhood.

Several weeks after the installation it was determined the A/C was undersized and within a matter of two weeks the unit was replaced by a larger system, at no additional cost. Such outstanding service and customer support is beyond what one can expect in today’s retail environment. Mr. Curt Jamison and his employees definitely practice “Service above Self”.

The outside A/C unit wasn't turning on so Kurt from Jamison came to investigate. We had used them for the replacement of another one of our A/C units and was pleased with their work. Happens to be a loose wire in the unit and he fixed it without charge. He was very professional and courteous and the no-charge was icing on the cake. We would highly recommend Jamison for your HVAC work.

I had a noise coming from the motor in my furnace. I called for help and was told that I need a new furnace. (Arpi's told me this)So I went ahead and got quotes for new furnaces from several companies. Low and behold I was introduced to David at Jamison to come in for a quote. In dealing with David it became clear that what I was wanting in a furnace was a repair on my existing furnace not a new install.. What a wealth of knowledge David is. David gave me a very reasonable quote and so decided to have him come in and service my furnace and have Jamison men install my new water heater and humidifier. David is the most personable professional and efficient person that I have ever had in my home to help out with any repair job. A great asset to the company. On January 8th, 2017 our garage furnace thermostat stopped working. We wanted to wait until Monday to save on costs. My husband has a little work shop in there, and has stains, paints and glues. He was concerned about these products freezing. I called your office this morning, and spoke with a very kind lady who sent Curt out.
