Thank you Peter from City Roofing's prompt response to my request to replace my missing piece of shingles due to strong wind recently at the cost of zero. He also inspected my other shingles are intact and fine.

Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful. City Roofing did a good job on the roof and they did a thorough clean-up afterwards. They even cleaned out the eavestrough and checked all the downpipes to make sure everything was secure. Thanks Peter

Had a roof installed by City in summer of 2009. A few shingles were blown off by a vicious wind storm recently. Since the installation carries a 10 years labour warranty, so I called City for help. Peter returned my call the next day, and two days later the missing pieces were reinstall. Thanks Peter for the prompt services .

The process from ordering to installation was efficient and problem-free. I requested the BP shingles to get the BP Weather-Tite extended warranty. This needs a certified roofer (which they are), specific products (which they ensured) and then they had to apply for a Warranty # for me.. Registered and extremely satisfied. Job well done. Thanks!

I called City Roofing on a Saturday afternoon but got his voice mail. Peter returned my call that evening at around 7 pm and I told him I needed to have all my roof vents replaced. He immediately scheduled me for a next day visit and repair. That's fast service! Price was fair so I had him proceed with the job and it was all done by Sunday evening. Good job Peter!

Peter contacted me through a posting I created on Homestars. I have attached an entire transcript of my conversation with Peter Yee after he first called me. You will see this deadbeat is full of promise and never showed up. I had to contantly babysit Peter and ask him if he was coming. He never showed up once. First because he was too busy with another job. Next, he says will show at 9:00 am (before any rain was to start that day) only to conveniently be so close to my house at noon and turn the car around because it was raining (It stoped raining a half hour later). Eventually he just stopped replying. Definitly call this company if you want someone overprinced and unreliable who wont even show up. Found a local person to do the job for half the price. Thanks Peter, you are top notch respectable person in the industry. We should all be so lucky to want to do business with a company like yours with such great integrity!

I had my roof replaced by City Roofing 3 years ago. Recently I found some nails were loose so I called Peter to fix them. It was not an emergency case so I didn't expect he come right away in their peak season, but he came at his earliest possibility anyway. He patiently check everywhere and fixed more than I asked. I am very satisfied with their service and would be very happy to recommend them to others.

Had roofing repair work done with Peter a year ago. This year the roof started to leak again and we called Peter to come back and fix the problem. We made two appointments with him (which was set by him), but he never show up and he doesn't even bother to call and let us know he can't make it, wasted two days of our time. When we finally got a hold of him through e-mail he just keep on making excuses and not giving us straight answers. We eventually got tired of his poor communication and the major delays we decided to find other company. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! I would definitely not recommend hiring them for any work.
