Active Air

Active air was a nightmare to get a time set up to get a cleaning.it seemed whenever Grant and team wanted a vacation in Kelowna they would just fabricate an excuse.When they did show up to was nothing like what they explained on the phone.My suggestion is do it yourself and your results will be similar to active air.

These guys might be good for office buildings and commercial complex but surely not for good home services. Expensive service & they will try to justify after service. Overall not happy with the service. Didn't see much difference between before and after service, for the price paid. They wont put much efforts to get debris off the duct work.

Wonderful service and reliable team! We have nothing but good things to say about Grant and his team! We originally had them in to do a furnace/duct cleaning and decided to also have them install a air filtration system on our furnace, as we are a house of asthmatics with pets! Grant and his team installed our filter wonderfully, and didn't hesitate to come out to help us figure it out on several occasions! We are very happy with this new filter system and notice a huge difference in our air quality! Thanks Grant!

Grant was the most professional person that we had cleaning our furnaces and ducts. He was right on time, very helpful in explaining the process that he was going to use. Inspected our furnaces, which are from 1986, and showed us that they are still good for a few more years.

Grant came by right on time, he was super professional and well mannered his duct cleaning system was way more superior than other companies plus he shows you the insides of your ducts with a camera. He answered all our questions and I would recommend him to anyone, matter of fact I already have.

We had a Great experience with Grant. He showed up on time, a weekend appointment that was the best time for us. and he is clearly knowlagable about heating and A/C systems, he was very forth coming about the condition of our ducts (some of them where pretty clean) and this gave us confidence that they stuff he told us was a dirty, clearly was. I would hire him again, and also recomend him to others.

Grant cleaned the ducts in our previously loved home when we moved in. He was on time and very courteous. He made sure that our furnace was in good working condition and made sure that we were using the proper filters for our needs. Grant was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on time, extremely friendly, had great products and was very knowledgeable about Furnaces/Ducting. Grant cleaned all the ducting in our home on his first visit and we then hired him again to install a new humidifier and upgrade the motor on our furnace. He ensured that all of our systems were working perfectly and is fantastic to deal with.

Grant goes above and beyond for his customers and has checked back in with us numerous times to ensure that we are satisfied with our products and is always available if you have a question.

I would never recommend another company aside from Active Air after receiving their high standard of service and customer support.
