My wife and I wanted to install plumbing for a 3-piece washroom and laundry in our basement. Pezhman responded very quickly and came to our home to take measurements and prepared the drawings the following week. He raised several considerations that made a lot of sense and we ended up moving the laundry for a better flow in the basement. His team was extremely patient and helpful with us during the permit application process and took care of all the details for us. They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend them for any architectural drawings for your project.

We own a 100 year old small home with an existing rear kitchen addition that had significant structural problems. We were not sure what we needed or where to start so we had a few companies come out and give us an idea of what our options were. From the first time we met with Pezhman and Arvin I had a sense that they were honest, genuine professionals who knew there stuff and after working with them for almost 10 months I still feel that way today. They were willing to talk to us about different options within our budget and took the time to go through all the details so we had a complete picture of what we were dealing with. I am so glad I hired this company! After providing us with structural engineering drawings to get a building permit to replace our wall of windows at the back of our house, I decided to hire Rigid Frame to do the construction, which included the installation of steel beams & posts, laying foundations, interior drywall, roofing, electrical work, decking and siding.
