From the moment Eric Leite arrived to the time he left, it was an unexpected and surprisingly good experience. Eric was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and a very pleasant young man who really cares about his customers. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem and quoted the cost before he started. The problem was corrected to my complete satisfaction. Excellent work Eric!!
