This was and still is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Kirk (the owner) is rude, unreliable and disrespectful. He built our deck and quoted $2300 in JUNE and told us he could get started “as early as next week” we finally got our deck Aug 8th. He tried to charge us an additional $700 dollars the day he finally built the deck. Tried telling us “the material cost more and he already made the purchase so now we HAVE to pay”. We settled on $2500 for the total. He did a terrible job and it FAILED inspection. Contacting him to come and fix it was a challenge. Just like waiting all summer for him to come build the deck we had to wait a week just to discuss what he failed and what needed to be fixed. He said he would be there within 3 days to fix it and again another week went by. I finally told him NOT to bother coming anymore and we found someone else to fix his mess. He then threatened us and belittled us through email and phone calls. My friendly warning to everyone… DO NOT trust this guy DO NOT use him DO NOT even waste your time with him!
