Scott was very patient in answering all my questions and clearing up all my concerns.
Homid and Josh spent 8 hours on October 13th installing the heat pump, replacing the coils and copper pipe, and did everything I asked for.
However, there was an issue with the thermostat wiring. Even though Homid and Josh spent another 4 hours trying everything, the heat pump still wasn't working. Since it was already 9pm, Homid and Josh had to leave. Before they left, Homed installed the old thermostat and made sure the furnace was working like it used to, heating my house.
That day, they worked for 12 hours without lunch or dinner!

Ryan came in on October 14th and did an excellent job fixing the thermostat issue. He came twice, first around 2pm to fix a wiring issue and then around 6pm to fix a thermostat setting issue. Ryan was very kind, explained the problem to me and fixed it and even replaced the humidifier water filter for me. From then on, the heat pump and furnace work together to heat the home.
I can tell from Scott, Homed, Josh and Ryan that Energy Clean Home Services care about their customers and would definitely recommend this company for installing heat pump.

Had the pleasure to work with Scott and his team. They were prompt, efficient and very helpful in installing a new heat pump and water heater as my existing units were on their last legs.
a) Scott was very responsive over email/phone.
b) installers were thorough. Answered any questions that I had and explained the work that they were doing.
c) So far, have been prompt in answering queries regarding invoices etc so I can qualify for the energy rebate.

Scott and his team installed an additional two interior units to our existing heat pump system, and I can only say good things about the experience. Scott himself was responsive, knowledge, and pleasant to deal with, and the technicians he sent out were the same. Highly recommended - we'll be using them again if/when the need arises.

The two installers: Mr. Danstan and Mr. Homid were extremely competent and courteous. I'm very satisfied with the service and cleanliness. They displayed the outmost kindness and friendliness.

Replaced our furnace when it broke down. Scott was informative and helpful when I first called. Reasonable quote and his guys came to do the job the next day on a Saturday. Their office went online to register my manufacturer warranty for me the next business day (I had already done it myself) but I was impressed how quickly they were on it, a sign of good after sales service. Overall positive experience.

Excellent service and friendly knowledgeable staff from first contact to the end of the installation.
Would highly recommend. I only needed a new air conditioner but would definitely use again for any further requirements or service.

Their consultant was very good in recommending what's good AC to put in our house, price wise and quality efficiency. The two technician who came to connect our AC were just very good too.

I was cleaning the outside condenser and made the mistake of using a pressure washer instead of a garden hose.
The excess pressure bent some of the metal fins inside the condenser which concerned me that the unit was not going to run properly or it would have to be replaced.
I called Energy Clean Home Services and the technician Hamid tried to straighten the fins out with a special tool and he assured me that the A/C would run properly and did not have to be replaced.
He is very knowledgeable about HVAC eqpt. and answered all my questions and concerns about the A/C and furnace as well.
He did not try to pressure me into replacing anything and assured me everything is running fine.
Very professional and I will request him next time I call Energy Clean for service.
