We had a big move and thought it would take longer, but the team at TorexMoving made everything quick and careful. They advised on the best ways to pack for transport. The staff was friendly and responsible. We were pleased with the speed and how our fragile items were preserved. Thank you for the help!

I'm lucky in some ways that Torex Moving failed to complete the job I hired them to do because otherwise, they would have charged me a couple extra times during the job or held my property ransom for extra money.

In my case, they damaged my property and left it outside under the sweltering sun until I paid for the entire job plus extra movers. I refused and they said that if I didn't pay it, I would not be able to file a claim with their insurance company. Fine, I fell for their bully tactics and paid. They moved my property back to its original place and did not complete the job. Yep, they actually moved 0km.

I call and email so that I can start the insurance claim process and as you probably guessed, was ignored. Days later, I finally receive an email response where they claimed it was in spam and then proceeded to dodge questions about how we can get a copy of their insurance claim forms, said that our property was already in a damaged state, and basically gaslighting us.

Do yourself a favour by staying away from this company to avoid reading moronically mendacious excuses for their poor service.

This is a company YOU NEED TO SERIOUSLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! There is a lot I can say about why you need to avoid them but I am going to highlight just some of the main points.

1. They are dishonest with their pricing from when you first call them to what they bill you at the end of the job.
2. They double book the movers so if you end up as they're second move, just know they will be extra tired and going to go extremely slow which you can't really blame them for after they already did a 5 hour move. Not the movers fault, it's the companies.
3. They came 3 hours late on the first date and then had the nerve to charge $92 extra for 20 extra minutes of work.
4. THEY BROKE MY COFFEE TABLE which the movers on the second day sent a picture to Alecia and she never compensated for it. She simply ignored it.
5. They charge $168 per hour and advertise in places like Milton then charge you 2 hours $336+ tax for TRAVEL TIME which by the way they never mention to you when you first call them.
6. They don't have any tools (drill, screw driver) anything to disassemble or assemble a bed or to take a tv off the wall mount
7. THEY DON'T LAY OUT ANY CARPET or PLASTIC SHEETS BEFORE WALKING ON THE FLOORS OF YOUR HOUSE. It was a very slushy day and they walked all over the house in muddy steel toe boots ruining the floors.
8. SECOND DAY THEY CAME ON TIME BUT LEFT KEY TO THE POD THAT MY STUFF WAS IN. So that took 30 minutes which they don't compensate you for but God Forbid they take a extra 20 minutes they will definitely charge you for it.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. STAY AWAY. SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO BBB AS WELL!!

Horrible service, very rude not professional, left properties on snow outside, was demanding for more money, cops had to be called. They were very aggressive. This is not a legit business

The movers at Torex Moving were amazing! The team was so professional and so quick with the move. They took extra care to make sure everything was safe. They were kind and courteous and everything went incredibly smoothly. Everything was on time and the communication before and during the move was excellent.

Very communicative during the process. Arrived for pick up on time and delivery on time. These guys were absolutely terrific. Polite, professional and hard working. I had a big move and these guys handled it great. Very happy with service and reasonable price.

On March 15/21, I made arrangements with Torex Moving Company to move from my house in King City to a condo in King City. They showed up at 10 am on March 15/21. They showed up on my driveway with a van and a pick up truck with no name of the company. I asked who they were and they said "I'm your mover". I asked him to give me a copy of the contract and he said they will mail it to me. They never emailed it to me. I had to ask 3-4 times for the contract to be sent. They damaged some of my furniture and refused to pay for the furniture or repair the furniture. They also told me if I do not give $1,250 in cash before they move the furniture, they will leave everything on my driveway. I gave him the $1,250 and gave the remaining balance at 4 pm when they finished the move. I was in contact with a lady named Olesya (claimed to be the manager) who was very rude and not helpful. I was VERY disappointed with the service.

Excellent experience! I truly appreciate the team over at Torex Moving. They were quick, on time, and incredibly supportive as I figured out the process of my move. They packed my POD up nice and tight. I plan to suggest them to all my friends!

We had a wonderful experience with Torex Moving! We had to move locally and packing in itself is stressful but from the moment the movers arrived they greeted us warmly and went right to work on moving our 1 bedroom apartment. We had some big items that they moved with ease and nothing was broken in the process. Was wonderful and very personable and so were the other two movers (sorry I forgot your names!). They placed all the furniture exactly where we wanted and disassembled and assembled furniture seamlessly. Thank you!
