Chris really stood out from the rest of the companies who provided us with quotes. He itemized the different prices of stone and provided us a quote based on the square footage of the job to be done. He gave us a clear and concise idea of the cost of the job and what was included.
Chris’ design plans were well thought out and very creative. If there were any obstacles hindering the design, Chris was able to offer suggestions and use his creativity to solve the issues. Chris was very helpful and patient in guiding us through the process of picking our stone. He took the time to bring many samples giving us a good visual perspective of what the end result would look like.
His team’s attention to every detail of the job was extraordinary and shows in the finished product. They dig deeper to ensure no movement in the stone, and every night the job site was left immaculate. This was also noted by our neighbours. The job was completed in the time frame that Chris had provided to us, and we couldn’t be happier with the result!
Chris goes out of his way to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We feel he takes each job personally like it’s his own home.
