We searched the web for a painter in the Gravenhurst area and came up with 3 suitable candidates. Of the 3, James was the best. I had left a message with each painting company and James was the first to respond. During our first conversation I immediately liked James. He was extremely professional and we connected right away. He took the time to listen and made sure he understood our needs, but also provided valuable advise when required. Within 3 days James had driven up north to view the cottage and provide his quote, which was professional in context and very thorough. My wife and I were confident that James was the right guy for the job. The job took 3 days to complete and during the entire process James provide daily updates. When completed James immediately followed up to make sure that we were satisfied. The workmanship was outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the product James and his crew delivered. The cottage looks great. Working in the hospitality industry myself, I was very impressed with the level of service James and his team provided.
