We researched this company before we hired them. Mitchell has a good eye for design and we felt that we were confident enough to go ahead with using them. Once we got to the showroom to start picking out colors, tiles, fixtures etc we were surprised by how busy he was. He took many phone calls and had many interruptions during the process. I noticed that he took no notes as to what decisions we were making, leaving it all to memory, which turned out not to be the best decision. There was a lot of confusion and mayhem through out the project. The project took about 6 weeks to complete not the 2-3 weeks as originally discussed. There were shortages in the orders, we had to wait for tiles that should have been ordered at the same time as the other tiles. I had to act as a contractor, reminding him that we had no towel bars, toilet tissue holders installed, etc. The order in which the process was carried out was not efficient, painting happening before it was actually ready to be fully painted.Basically Mitchell needs an assistant and he needs to take notes and not rely on his memory. The end result is lovely, we are very happy, the whole process was unnecessarily tedious.
