Residential Polished Concrete Floor
We were extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of work we received from Unique Touch and would highly recommend them in the future - We will only use them going forward! We had some damage that had to be repaired and since the floors were on the main level of our house, we wanted to ensure they received the best quality care. Tony was so helpful from the beginning - coming out in a very timely manner to give us an estimate. Based on his expertise, he advised us on the best course of action and spent a lot of time addressing all of our questions and concerns with patience and knowledge. They were able to fit our work in to best accommodate our schedules, and were extremely meticulous about sealing up our cabinetry, light fixtures, stair ways, etc. to prevent the dust from spreading within the open concept house as well as doing a really nice clean up once they finished. The team (Tony, Edson and their team), were super professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The result of their work was exactly as they had promised, a huge improvement and restored floor in the main area of our house.
