Vanaik Furniture & Mattress In Brampton

I had a decent experience with Vanaik Argentia. I was worried about the reviews, but it was more pleasant than not. The sale went well, but the delivery did not go so well. The delivery people were in a rush, and would not unbox the items, as I didn't pay for set up (I didn't know that set up includes removing the boxes). The mattress was harder than the store, and so I went back , and they did not give me a problem to exchange, since I kept the mattress in the bag (unopened). When I got the exchanged mattress, the delivery people set up. My issues are that the quality of the mattress is not that great - even the new one where I upgraded. Very light and slides around. Also, they don't seem to understand their products very well - the first mattress was supposed to be pocket coil but I looked it up, and it wasn't.

The sales people were very pleasant, and actually quite easy to work with. The delivery people...not the greatest, but that's why they are not in sales. Even after sales, it was good. I wouldn't buy mattresses from there again, but furniture is good.
