Mario is really easy to work with, honours his posted rates (including the thermal imaging as part of his standard inspection), and did an excellent job. He arrived on-time and went through everything very thoroughly, pointing out not just any flaws, but other tips and advice on maintenance and things related to owning the property. He took his time, and provided a detailed report. He was friendly, and looked out for our interests throughout the inspection.
