I don’t normally write reviews but this company deserves it! Bed bugs spread through my house because my kid’s nanny stays at an infested apartment on the weekends! After four chemical treatments from another company I finally found Mike from Just Bugs.
He calmed my wife and I down immediately and even came on a Sunday with his wonderful crew who were just as friendly and reassuring as the boss.
I chose a heat option that was only nominally higher than I paid for the chemical treatment and the problem was solved.
My concerns about the house melting from the heat were addressed and the only damage was in my desk drawer where my daughter keeps her crayons.
They treated the apartment the same week and assured us that her weekend home was safe. It’s been three months since this nightmare ended.
Thanks for fielding the many calls and concerns that we had frankly talking us off the ledge! I hope we never have to but if we did Just Bugs is whom I would call, hands down.
