This has been by far, the worst experience of my life. This company, lead by Igor can't be described as anything but pathological deceivers.

We hired them to install 6 windows, using the GreenON rebate. Surprise, surprise the rebate was never submitted by them. They claimed on more than 10 occasions it was, just one of the many time they falsely claimed something. I'm guessing they were never certified but claimed they were.

Going back to the actual install. First they brought the wrong window borders as we asked on many occasions for a wood border rather the plastic one but tried to sell us on why we should do plastic instead - just so they could get the job doen that day. They had to come back to do the job, they mis-measured a window and brought a window more than 2 feet too small and again tried to convince us to keep it "it will be fine." One window eventually leaked which again I believe was caused by a mis-measurement.

They cancelled upwards of 30 times on his to come fix the leaking window, as they have an 'installation guarantee' Well that's garbage because the window is still leaking and they have not compensated or fixed it a year later after countless days off to be cancelled on day of, or the night before.

They also claimed to compensate us for the rebate, although never admitting what they did. They did eventually refund us, after chasing them daily for months, only to charge the credit card a few days later. They make empty promises and make you chase them. This has been by far the worst experience you could imagine and they still use $4,250 which they claim they will pay but it's always 'tomorrow we'll have it, guaranteed'. These guys are pathological and use sleazy sales tactics to get the job. Do yourself a favour and go find an actual company that knows what they're doing and appreciates your business. Funny enough we had a much larger project we need to do, safe to say we will never be using them.

I am shaking in anger any time I think of them, do yourself a favour and find another company. Anybody else would be better..
