The cleaning is very thorough but timeliness is awful. Once the cleaner never showed up and when I called, they said she took a sick day without notifying them (or me). Another time the cleaner waited in the lobby 40 minutes because my buzzer was broken, instead of calling me. In the meantime I called the central number but got no response. At a high price ($160 for 3.5 hours), I expect far better customer service.
