I was extremely satisfied with the service provided to me by Gohari Rug Services. I was charged a very acceptable fee to have the carpet picked up and returned to my home aprox 1 1/2 hours from Ottawa. The gentleman was very personal and punctual. He told me the large stain that my friend's dog left on my white wool carpet could be 80% removed and he was accurate. The rest of the carpet, that hadn't been cleaned since purchase in 1990, came up surprisingly well. I paid to have the fringe removed and binding done in its place. This is all done by hand and I was very happy with the result.

This personal and extremely professional service was a godsend after a flood in my apartment. My treasured antique handmade rugs were returned to me in a timely fashion. Mr. Gohari knew where each was made and obviously loves his work. I cannot stress how beautiful they are now, better than before the flood.
