Our first experience with this company was very positive, with a quick and effective wasp treatment at multiple properties. Subsequently we hired them again, and found that both quality and speed of service has considerably declined. At one property, rodent treatment was required, and despite being told that they could come out quickly, it took over a week and repeated follow up on our part to get someone out. Rodent treatment was ultimately ineffective and the problem returned. We have since hired another company who proved to have a superior response time, level of professionalism, and skill. Overall, would not use for rodents again.

Rodent treatment was ineffective, with little or nothing done to ascertain the source of entry. When the rodent problem returned, Spartan did not honour their 90 day guarantee, and in fact did not return messages. We have since hired another company who proved to have a superior response time, level of professionalism, and skill set - easily determining the source of entry and providing rectification of the problem. Will not be hiring again.
