Certa Pro Painters North Vancouver

I am very disappointed that Mitch from CertaPro; he will not return my messages. He had seen the poor paint job based on lack of preparation and stated he would send someone back. So far no luck. A little bit of sanding before they started would have solved 90% of the issues.

I called CertaPro to complete the exterior painting of my house. I completed the 1st floor but because of health reasons could not complete the 2nd floor. CertaPro sent Dan in and he did the work quickly and efficiently and was polite and courteous. I do not hesitate to recommend CertaPro Painters for any painting work you may require. Their pricing was very competitive also!

In spite of multiple follow up attempts with Mitch the sales manager as well as the office, the very poor quality of work completed in our home has gone unaddressed. Poor workmanship (ie no wall prep, missed spots on the wall) has left us in a position to now fix these 2 rooms that we have already paid to have painted in addition to having to buy more trim paint as the painter took it with her!! we can not recommend CERTAPRO for interior painting- poor quality and they do not stand behind their work- very disappointing.

CertaPro Painters was chosen from four companies that submitted proposals in response to our request. We met and reviewed the project with their estimator and after clarification and confirmation of some items we proceeded to have them undertake the work. They were available when they said they could be and Dan, the on-site painter, was courteous and professional. On the first day he outlined how he intended to proceed and kept us updated daily. The work area was kept tidy throughout. We are pleased with the results.

Certa Pro provides an estimate to repair the chipped paint at the back of my house where the bare wood was exposed and located damaged areas I couldn’t see and also to paint the front south side of my house where the paint was sun bleached. The estimate was very reasonable considering the work that had to be done and Sarwar, the painter did thorough and professional work when he came to do the work. My house looked amazing when he was done.

The painters Karol and Ondrej were very polite and hardworking. They showed up when they said they would and even worked on weekends to get the job done. We were pleased with the results.

I hired CertaPro to do interior and exterior painting at a commercial building in Burnaby. The work was excellent and they finished the job on time, which was very important as I had tenants moving in. I had them do some painting at my home and was equally impressed!

We hired Certapro Painters of North Vancouver to paint our Wood Siding, Rear Patio Doors, Door Frames, Fascia, and Posts. It was a positive experience and I have already recommended them to a friend

CertaPro Painters of North Vancouver, They were great about most things. Some of the plants took a beating but that was kind of unavoidable. Other than that it was really good.

We used CertaPro for some Interior Painting and Everything was done really quickly and efficiently. They were very tidy. They were great and I am extremely happy with the work.
