First, Getting quote was very convenient. They sent detailed quote and based on my assessment of Sq. footage. Setup a date and started work as promised. When actual sq. footage was more, they even lowered their rate.
Quality of work: All crew was very friendly professional and knew what they ware doing (I know enough by now as this is my second time getting sod). They worked around in ground sprinklers, did very clean and precise laying of sod on the leveled top soil, rollor pressed it thoroughly and made sure all sprinkler heads are working before leaving. Surrounding space was left very clean after job was done. I could see that SOD they got was fresh and after almost 3 weeks now, every inch of sod is settled beautifully (which wasn't the case last time) . Thanks Sean, Ian and rest of the crew.
