From day one the cystomer service at Granstone was amazing. Great selection, prices and options were available. The installers were courtious, helpful and cleaned up so that my kitchen was shinning before they left. I cannot say enough good things about this company. This was my first experience purchasing a countertop and I will go back to Granstone again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything! I am so happy with the result!

I am a real estate agent and often get solicitations by companies to either promote or personally use their products. Such was the case with Granstone. I attended at the store on Mac Street and was able to bring home 3 samples of quartz to make a selection. Hayley answered all of my questions and arranged for a plumber to work in concert with the installation. The installers were professional, pleasant and had a good service standard. I was very satisfied with
the end result and would recommend their work to consumers.

When an issue arose with the original granite, it was dealt with professionally with the customer experience as the priority. Paige actually coming to the house and assisting us with the faucet mechanism was above and beyond and greatly appreciated.
Luka plumbing was friendly and professional and were fast and efficient. We would call them in the future if we needed those services. Onyx did a great job with the backsplash. They were professional and friendly. For any future tile work we will definitely call them for the job.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Hayley was always professional and quick to answer any questions. Turnaround time from ordering the Quartz, having the template done and installation was less than 2 weeks..Granstone relationship with Moser sinks and faucets made our choices very affordable.

The customer service we received from Hayley and Paige was top notch. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect slab. Our counter looks amazing. One very thin seam in the granite and the colour of the seam blends perfectly with our stone. Any issues that came up were addressed immediately and to our 100% satisfaction. Very pleased! Time from purchase to completion was very good. Hayley sent emails about the timelines and directions. The quality of the materials is excellent and the workmanship was precise and tidy. This company does not have a fancy storefront, but selection was just as vast and the price was better than quotes from other companies.

We had many questions! Last time we did a kitchen reno was 15 years ago, so lots has changed. From the time we met Hayley at the showroom, we knew we had found the place to purchase our granite. Hayley answered all our concerns, pointed us in the right direction to view granite slabs and very patiently explained pricing. All our emails were responded to same day - often within an hour.

Solo arrived at the agreed day and time to measure our just completed kitchen cabinets, and was very helpful, polite, and provided his thoughts and some options. Installation day was just one week later, again on time Solo arrived with a colleague and got the somewhat tricky installation done with ease. They worked carefully, and cleaned up the entire site before leaving.

We dealt with a lot of service providers and merchants when doing this major reno, and Granstone's team was great!

Granstone completely renovated the original kitchen in our 1979 suburban home. This involved replacing the cabinets with custom built, cherry wood cabinets that are simply beautiful. The old floor has been strengthened and replaced with modern ceramic tiles. A custom built island is perfect for storage and dining. The backsplash pulls everything together wonderfully. We are totally thrilled with the outcome. Many thanks to Paige for all of her advice and management of the job. Many thanks to Kevin for the outstanding, high quality craftsmanship that he brought to this project. I would absolutely recommend Granstone for your home renovations.

I was looking to update my kitchen but didn't want to replace the cabinets at this time so choosing the right counter to compliment my existing cabinetry was important. I contacted 4 companies and decided to use Granstone based on their response to my initial inquiries, their online reviews, and their competitive pricing. The process was very smooth. They sent me to their granite Wholesaler so I could look at full slabs of granite and choose something that I loved. Paige helped me to choose backsplash tiles and when Solo came out to measure my counters, he also gave recommendations. Solo & Colin did a great job with the install as did Dan with the backsplash. Everyone was courteous & professional and they left my kitchen spotless. Paige was also very quick to answer any questions I had along the way. My older, very dated kitchen has an entirely new look and I am thrilled with it. I would highly recommend Granstone.
