Expert Moving

I don't have the time or energy to do any of the moving parts. We are a 6-person family and many of us are under 12 years old. This means that we don't have the energy or time to pack. The house becomes a constant mess when you have young children. Expert Moving was a pro at it. My wife went with the children for the day, and when she returned the whole house was packed and ready to go. Everything arrived intact and the delivery went smoothly. If you have a large family, this is how you should move. Although it can be expensive, it is well worth the effort. They are experts in what they do.

Expert Moving felt like a healing experience after all the negative experiences in my past. They didn't promise anything they couldn't deliver or make it seem cheap to me. The price was not cheap, but it was true. I knew exactly what they were charging me and why. They were honest with me and very down to earth. They helped me to make the move as easy and cost-effective as possible. Although it took a while for my stuff to arrive, I expected it to. Both the delivery and pickup went smoothly. The movers are professionals and know what they're doing. Highly recommend them!

I was using a moving company for the first time. I was hesitant about using a moving company because of the horror stories I heard from friends about their experiences with them. For my local move in Mississauga, however, I couldn't have chosen any other option than to use a moving company. Expert Moving was recommended by their customers and I was not disappointed. Joanna, the sales representative, was kind and patient with me. She used his knowledge of the industry to explain each step of the moving process to me and helped me evaluate my packing needs and reviewed every item I was moving in order to ensure there were no surprises on the moving day. Brian from customer service was very responsive to all my questions regarding pickup and delivery times. He was polite, even though I called him probably a dozen times. It was a wonderful experience.

I move a lot. Because of my job, I move at least once every two years. Therefore, I have hired many movers. Expert Moving provided excellent service from the moment I asked for a quote and went through every step to make it as easy as possible. They were open to the possibility that there might be problems during the move. It is difficult to move. A simple problem on the highway could cause damage, or a driver becoming sick on the roads can delay your delivery. It is important to let clients know about possible problems in a professional manner. Many movers are too eager to please and have poor communication skills. For my next move, I will be in touch.

Terrible experience with this company, or at least with the crew they sent. At some point during the move the lead guy created an excuse around the payment and insisted in getting paid extra hours. He halted the other movers while we were discussing the payment and used aggressive words and tone in front of my family to pressure us into paying more. I do NOT recommend their services and will never use them again. If their customer service replies to this review saying that it is false because I don't show in their records it is because another family member booked them.

This wasn't a big job, I required to move a mattress from my condo to a friends and in return pick his one up. The movers were on time, in the designated window period. They were careful when moving both mattresses and completed the job within 2 hours. No complaints.

Expert Moving team served us a while ago and were professional and respectful. Their house movers worked hard and thoroughly all day long and completed our move on time. Our furniture was covered with quilts and also in plastic wrap so there wasn't any harm to our stuff or the house we left or the house we relocated into. They also covered some of our doors and stairs to protect them from damage. The team did all you could ask of. Also I want to mention the guys who answered on the phone. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We recently used Expert moving to help us with moving our condo. They were very professional and helpful from the beginning. They came in to see our previous flat to assess the scope of the job. We used the service whereby they provide the packing materials and this was delivered on time. On the day, the team were quick, polite and our belongings well looked after. Our beds, etc were re-assembled and they also agreed to an additional job on the day of removing certain furniture that had been left by the previous owners at an additional cost.
