Customer had his exposed aggregate/stamped driveway, porch and front steps hot water pressured washed and sealed. We added a little extra Shark Grip to the porch area to make sure he and his wife would have traction when carrying their newborn (cutest kid!) out the front entrance. I also suggested using sand in the winter for added traction. Another happy homeowner! Steve

Thanks for the awesome review! Veronica contacted us regarding her stamped concrete driveway which hadn't been sealed for a few years. We cleaned the surface with a hot water pressure wash and applied a high gloss, SLIP-RESISTANT wet look sealer. When you contacted Crystaller, you had told us that your concrete surface was damaged. I then came out and saw the damaged surface. I then told you that sealer will not fix this issue and may not prevent it from getting worse. You agreed and the work was done, Of course you weren't happy with the finish. just like I told you. So I came out again at my expense and added another coat for free. The surface did not change in appearance. You didn't write a positive review for us then. And now, 1 year later, you complain that the sealer is coming off. Incorrect! The concrete is peeling off and taking the sealer with it. This was stated to you before we started . Our sealer is amazing and commercial grade. Your concrete finish was not good and the only real fix was to rip it out and start over again. Your thoughts were correct. I am honest and fair. I have 10 years experience in this business and have seen it all. You were told from day one about the issues. We clean surfaces and apply product. Sorry Sam. I only tell customers the truth. You were looking for a freebie and when you didn't get it, you decide to post on Homestars and Google to defame my company. We have thousands of satisfied repeat and new customers. So to all potential customers reading this review, give us a call. You will experience a great company that puts customers and quality first. A company that will tell you the truth about your surface, not a company that will lie to make the sale.

We came back to your home 17 times, To re-spray, dilute, re-spray , touch up etc. The issue you have is improper drainage. Not sealer or our procedure. Water doesn't drain and keeps the stones damp. It causes huge freeze-thaw damage over winter. Not the best conditions for sealer. 17 times to try and fix an issue that wasn't caused by us. 17 times. And only a small section was affected as shown in your photo. The rest of the surface was totally mint! You should have posted a photo of the entire surface so everyone who visits this site can see how great it looked. As for you feeling you were ripped off. I took a huge loss on your job to make sure the service and quality was there. And unfortunately you decide to blame me and my company because your patio and pool installer didn't provide proper drainage. Most contractors would have hit the road after all this but we stuck it out, determined to make it right, when in actuality, we didn't make it wrong! Homeowners appreciate our dedication and honest approach. Did I mention we were called over 17 times and responded every time? Good luck Annie.....you were a dream customer.
