Faye and Eric provided exceptional services and installations. Curtains and blinds are both in excellent qualities. Lots of colour and fabric selections. Pre measure your windows prior to your visit to the showroom & an estimation can be provided with the fabrics / materials selected. Would definitely recommend this to everyone whos looking for an upgrade for their unit. The entire process took less than 3 weeks. Thank you Faye and Eric for your kind assistance!

With Christina's help I picked 6 custom roller shades and one pair or sheers for multiple rooms in my codon. She took time to go over different manufacturers' products, control wands, patterns, etc. with me. Before we made our decision, Eric came to my condo and took measurements, no pressure. He did a neat job installing everything (installation fee and life-time warranty included in the price). My whole family is happy with the results.

What prompted me to write this review is our good experience with their customer service. Earlier this week my daughter overpulled the roller shade in her room. It was super easy for me to get in touch with Christina and Eric for a quick, free fix. Five-star service. Highly recommended.

They deliver the product well before the promised delivery date. I would not hesitate to use them again, in fact I am already planning my next project with them.

From the get go, when we explained our project, Christina not only gave us a budget but she spent a lot of time making recommendations and took genuine interest in our project. She has an amazing eye for detail. That is what really sealed the deal for us. And we paid a lot more than the other quotes we got. In the end it was totally worth it. The Drapery Shop also did an amazing job with our installation.

Shortly afterwards, we did some work to our windows and needed to resize the blinds. They were super helpful and helped us with the request very quickly.

This is a family business and it can be felt in their approach to customer service. Christina spent a great deal of time with us going through options and provided thoughtful solutions when needed. We used them for a few different spaces in our home. Their pricing as well as time to installation were reasonable. Eric will leave your home as clean as when he entered.

I have already recommended them to neighbours and look forward to working with them again!
