Recently we had some issues with one blind I think it's a design flaw (abeit small) from Hunter-Douglas, perhaps also because of the daily heavy usage, the chip connector on the pulling string often fell off.
I've discussed the situation with Faye and she took the time to contact the manufacturer for sending me the new connectors, as well as had her brother come to my place. He was able to install a quick fix to our satisfaction.
